
I have worked actively in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years as a trainer, small group fitness instructor, and strength and conditioning coach. During these 16 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals on multiple levels of fitness.
Throughout my lifetime, I have always been a participant in football, martial arts, basketball and track and field. I believe in the power of positivity and how it affects training as well as the body’s ability to willingly adapt. I take pride on my knowledge of rehabbing injuries and finding a plan for every person regardless of modifications needed.
My favorite things outside of fitness and training are softball, skiing, participating in Spartan races & time with my kids and our dog.
