“I now have the knowledge necessary to lose weight and keep it off. I have finally learned HOW to eat well and take better care of myself. This is not to say that I was totally clueless before, far from it, rather I was able to take my game to a new level with BBC. I had a target weight/body fat % that I had been working toward for the last 3 years! I am now within striking distance of that goal in just 8 short weeks! No doubt it will be just another month or so, and I’ll be there!
