“Having participated in the Beverly Fitness Challenge and learned the fundamentals of a regular exercise regimen the next logical step was to participate in the Beverly Body Challenge to learn proper dietary habits.
During these eight weeks, with the guidance of Mike Stare, I gained knowledge of the proper foods to consume and the nature of these foods, i.e. fats, carbohydrates, protein. By following the strict meal plan laid out for me (and with accountability sessions with Mike!) I was able to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. But, more importantly, I now have the information to more forward to continue good nutrition coupled with the exercise knowledge previously learned to lead a healthy lifestyle.
As I approach the age of 66 I feel as if I’m getting younger rather than older! Thank you Mike and the wonderful staff at Spectrum Fitness Consulting.”
