There are a few things I like about working with Spectrum. First, they have specialized programs you can sign up for based on your needs. It is basically the same for everyone, but they will customize it for you depending on any health issues you may have or specific areas you want to work on for yourself. I really like the individual consulting and going over your program every time you come in. I like that everyone knows who you are and what your name is. Lastly, I like the results. If you are diligent about following the program they give you, you can notice definite improvements over time. If you are not diligent, that is also discussed in the consultation and solutions are sought for any issues you might be having. You can get answers to any questions or concerns that you have at any time.
The main thing that I like is that I am now committed to a resistance program that I can easily do every week without missing a workout (unless there are extenuating circumstances). It takes me about ½ hour (not including any cardio I add to it) to complete the workout which is very reasonable and comfortable for me. I’m not huge into working out, that is why this is working so well for me. It has become a habit. I feel stronger all over from this simple workout and if my body fat composition is improving, that is an added bonus. Even when I walk the dog around the neighborhood I feel stronger in my legs, and biking feels easier too. Lifting things is easier and my golf game is improving.
